Estimated delivery times:

West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days
East Malaysia: 5 to 8 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs taxes, and additional local charges.

THE PAUSE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

THE PAUSE is not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for any additional shipping charges incurred for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the courier first, then contact us for further assistance.

THE PAUSE is not responsible for parcels lost due to theft after delivery has been confirmed.
