Are your products natural?

Can I amend my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

Can I send this as a gift?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or scent preference.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos. We will review and assist accordingly.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
